What???

Not sure how to "read" this one...I decided I needed to shake thing up last night because I hadn't lost anything in 5 days or so. At the movies I had a couple handfuls of popcorn and some milk duds. I then figured I had "blown it" so I went out for pizza (BJ's...yummy!) and the scale was finally my friend again this morning. Lost another pound. What?

  1. These last few days are really draggin for me... I think I am getting immune... I need a break. But I will be ready to start up again in 4 weeks. And will be using the drops this time! Obviously they work great. My scale wouldn't be so forgiving. Are you doing a work out too? Did I ever send you the T-Tapp info you asked for?
