Done for Now :)

I just finished a short protocol and am very happy with my results! 11 pounds of pure fat...GONE. Yipee! For those who are interested, I just got my new shipment in of drops. Email me at if you are interested ;)

Not sure how to "read" this one...I decided I needed to shake thing up last night because I hadn't lost anything in 5 days or so. At the movies I had a couple handfuls of popcorn and some milk duds. I then figured I had "blown it" so I went out for pizza (BJ's...yummy!) and the scale was finally my friend again this morning. Lost another pound. What?

Sorry I haven't been posting. Things have been going well. I allowed myself a marginal "cheat" day on Mother's Day. I had planned to be really good. I ordered a breast of chicken and steamed veggies at Macaroni Grill with the instructions NO butter or oil at least 5 times. My plate (after I had eaten of course) looked suspiciously like it had little droplets of some sort of oil hanging around. SO...I got mad and ate some See's truffles they gave us for MD at church... AND I ending up eating a few naughty things at the beach that afternoon with my girlfriends. YES...I paid for it on Monday-up 2 lbs. I got right back on track though and I am now down 9 lbs. all together. Happy day.

Day 4

WOW...I couldn't believe it when I got on the scale this morning. Down almost 5 lbs in 3 days! Yipee! We'll see what the scale brings tomorrow (historically a small stall).
Today, I had to eat both meal "out" again...but did very well.
Chopped chicken salad (chicken, lettuce, fresh basil) with cucumbers, tomatoes, and every veggie they had piled on top. I forgot my dressing so I had a little balsamic vinegar (I know not a perfect thing to eat...but so yummy.
For dinner I had the most delicious seabass with a side of steamed veggies and steamed spinach. For dessert, they made me a cup of fruit with raspberries, mangoes, and strawberries. HEAVEN!

Today was much was so busy I didn't have time to be hungry. Crossing my fingers for another "loss" tomorrow!!!

Day 3

This day was hard, hard, HARD!!! I think it's because my stomach had no "reserve" swimming around in it. I was a little more cranky today, but made it through. Here's what I ate:
Lunch:Peppers and Egg White Scramble w/ Salsa
Snacks: sugar snap peas; 10 calorie jello, pineapple (I know, high in sugar-i only had a little) 2 melba toasts
Dinner: I made a HUGE batch of veggie soup and I felt SO much better. I added lean beef to my portion and the veggies were so yummy I really didn't even want the meat.
***Weight: This morning I was down 3 lbs. That sure kept me "on track" today...this WORKS! We'll see if the salt in the soup keeps me from losing tomorrow.

Day 2

I had forgotten how much I really, truly like this diet. Today could have been a doozie for me, but it actually went pretty well. Here is what I ate:
6 small strawberries
Lemon Meringue Pie Herbal Tea *yum!!!
Chopped Salad with chicken, tomatoes, fresh basil and Walden Farms Italian Dressing (out to lunch w/friends)
1 c. cantaloupe (at a Mother/Daughter dinner...the only thing there I could eat)
Coco Chai Tea Herbal Tea
Pepper and Egg White Scramble w/salsa

I also did a spin class for the first time in almost 2 year! I am sore already but it feels so good to be working on getting my health back. I can't wait to be back where I was before "mystery illness" took over my life last year. ***On the scale this morning, I am only down .8 lbs. Kind of a bummer, but better than nothin'!!! Off to bed...

Back on the Wagon

Spring has sprung and so have all the buttons on my pants! 2 vacations in one months do not a skinny girl make. I am excited to start the diet again. I love the feeling of not being hungry. I REALLY need this round and am excited to gear up for summer. I'll post my progress and any yummy recipes I come across!!!

What I've eaten today:
Coco Chai Tea w/tsp. FFmilk
Salad with Walden Farms Italian Dressing
100 grams shrimp w/lemon
Veggie Stir Fry w/Chicken
