Update

Sorry I haven't been posting. Things have been going well. I allowed myself a marginal "cheat" day on Mother's Day. I had planned to be really good. I ordered a breast of chicken and steamed veggies at Macaroni Grill with the instructions NO butter or oil at least 5 times. My plate (after I had eaten of course) looked suspiciously like it had little droplets of some sort of oil hanging around. SO...I got mad and ate some See's truffles they gave us for MD at church... AND I ending up eating a few naughty things at the beach that afternoon with my girlfriends. YES...I paid for it on Monday-up 2 lbs. I got right back on track though and I am now down 9 lbs. all together. Happy day.

  1. Hello... that's awesome you are back on track! Yeah, Mother's day was a tough one! We went to Red Lobster and I got the Rock Lobster and steamed veggie and did ok. But it was all I could do NOT to put my whole face in the Cheddar Bay biscuit basket! The week end before was my birthday and I enjoyed a BITE of cake and ice cream... Then beat myself up mentally cause of how I wasted that Hcg injection... every drop is precious! Then I stayed up way too late... one bad behavior lead to another... that that is what I have to learn to change... Anyway. I am so happy to have found your blog... Its always nice to have someone to visit that is ON Protocol too! Come on over to visit my blog, its filled with food photos and sometimes recipes. Warning: I'm a chef with a camera! Don't go look if you are hungry! hahaha.
Anyway its nice to meet you! (I also sent you an email inquiring about some Hcg)

  2. Basically, the HCG diet combines a very low calorie count diet together with a daily intake of the HCG hormone, either orally or via injection.
