Matt and I have been happily married for 16 years. With all that happiness has come many unwanted extra pounds. I have tried every diet out there: Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Atkins, Suzanne Sommers, met with a nutritionist, and have even taken prescription phentermine in the past to lose weight. I always had "some" success, but it was often short-lived. Matt has been a diet "failure" in the past-unable to stick to a diet for more than a few days. We decided to try this diet after seeing family members and friends lose weight and KEEP IT OFF!
